Told 'em I finished school, and I started my own business. They say, 'Oh you graduated?' ...No, I decided I was finished

Music Monday: The Knux - Cappucino

This duo is so underrated. They've got so many sper dope songs I could have featured this week, But this 80's themed video tipped 'cappucino' ahead.

A Bathing Ape Ape Sta

A Bathing Ape release perhaps one of the most ubiquitous sneaker silhouettes of all time with their Ape Sta model. Fashioned after the Converse Chuck Taylor, the sneaker does change things up with a Velcro patch on the inside of the canvas upper. (Via Hypebeast)

I'm usually a big fan of BAPE but they need to step their game up when it comes to footwear for real. This is such a blatent copy of the classic chucks and probably cost triple the amount. I know Nigos's got it in him to be more creative, I'd be willing to pay alot of skrill for some completely original bape kicks.

G-SHOCK X IN4MATION

Damn these are Loud! They jump right off the page.
Hawaiian boutique In4mation have hatched a fresh G-Shock and Baby G that are headed our way this June. While the Baby-G lights it up with a striking hot pink display, the G-Shock adopts a more neutral, colourway.

They're dope, But is it just me or are the cases more fly than the actual watches?

Hip-Hop is Alive!

This debate has been plagueing mankind for as long as I can remember but the way I see it hip hop isn't dead it's just evolved. Think back to the early 90's when pac and big were reigning. If some dude rocking skinny jeans and nerd glasses was trying to make it as a rapper, record labels would've pointed them in the direction of the nearest gay bar... the same would've happened if rappers announced they wanted to collaborate with artists like Gaga and Elton John. Remember there was so much controversy and hype surrounding Eminem when he became a success in the game because a white bloke that could actually spit without being laughed at and still get played on commercial radio was unheard of at the time. Hip hop isn't what it used to be thats for sure, it's now much more diverse and accepting and I personally feel that can only be considered a good thing.

I admit that i'm not feeling 90% of the hip hop tracks played on the radio right now, but I like to keep an open mind and carry on tuning in at times, because when I hear artists like Jay, Kid Cudi, Kanye, Lupe, B.o.B, J Cole etc getting airplay it makes it worth it.

Let me know your opinions on the subject, it would be cool to hear other peoples perspectives.

Peace x

Travie Mccoy feat Bruno Mars - Billionaire

I can't describe how much I love this track right now, the ska type sounding rhythm is dope, Bruno Mars has the smoothest male vocals i've heard in a long time and Travie's one of my all time favourite mc's. I'm gonna be bumping this tune all summer. I hope it blows up.
